Step #3 - Register for the actual event of concert assessment

Step #5 - Submit your seating chart to the assessment manager
You can fill out this form by hand and send a scan or generate a chart online.

Step #6 - Read the KMEA Assessment Rules and Regulations
Step #7 - Submit your bus request to your school/transportation director
Send any scheduling considerations to Jenny Collins as soon as possible (ex - need to perform early so your bus can return for afternoon route).
Step #8 - Order 3 original scores for each piece you are performing
Make sure that all measures are numbered on each score
